Rossmann Mobile App – From Insights to Intuitive Design
The design process of the Rossmann mobile app was driven by a deep understanding of both business goals and user needs. We started with stakeholder interviews and workshops to align on objectives, followed by user interviews and desk research including analytics, best practices, and competitor analysis. Through usability tests, we validated key concepts and refined the information architecture and navigation design. The process culminated in high-fidelity prototypes and a visually engaging interface that supports a seamless shopping experience.
